About Me

Hi I am Mike, a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I have always been passionate about health and fitness, and love to share my knowledge and expertise with others.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of California, and then went on to obtain  my certificate as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have since worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to athletes.

My training style is focused on functional movement and strength training. I believe in helping my her clients build a solid foundation of strength and mobility, which they can then use to improve their overall health and fitness. I also place a strong emphasis on proper form and injury prevention.

Mike is a Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
